Job Purpose: To monitor, prepare and ensure procurement submittals based on requirement, specifications & schedule and in order to arrange procurement of materials with the objective of securing quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost complying with budgetary requirements and the Company’s policies & procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or another related area, or any other additional qualifications as certified Procurement Officer
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement,
Understanding of different levels of the supply chain processes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Proficiency in English – high-level communication and negotiation skills
Work experience in medical supplies or medical-related industry will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of bio-medical equipment, products, and disposables preferable
Good multi-tasking skills
