Position Title: Executive Secretary
Salary: up to 6,000 AED all-inclusive plus transportation depending on experience and qualifications

The company is a pioneer in the Design, Manufacture and supply of ready mix concrete in the Eastern Region of U.A.E, supplying a full range of quality assured concrete products based on the comprehensive knowledge and application of concrete technology.
Requirements:
Open to Asian nationals
Female, 40 years old and below
Degree in Business Administration or relative field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
Proficient in MS Office, experience in “back-office” software (e.g. ERP) is a plus
Well-versed in office management and should have the knowledge to review financial reports
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, should be active and performance to be extra ordinary
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
