A large, well-reputed Civil Construction and Electromechanical company in Dubai requires the following personnel immediately for their ongoing projects. :-
PROJECT ENGINEER – CIVIL
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years of experience, including 4+ years in the Gulf region and in executing fast-track high-rise buildings and 5-star hotel projects from commencement to completion. Should be able to carry out structural works and high-quality finishes.
BIM COORDINATOR – CIVIL
Qualified Civil Engineer with experience in high-rise building / tower / hotel projects. Should have 6-8 years proven work experience in a similar role in the construction industry in the UAE / GCC. Responsible for the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the 3D Construction procedures at the design, construction and handover stages of a project. Experience in using REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc. Ability to use modelling and analytical tools to eliminate health and safety risks in the design. Drawing and details cross-checking with consultant drawing and site conditions.
BIM MODELLER – CIVIL
Degree / Diploma holder Civil Engineer with experience in high-rise building / tower / hotel projects. Should have 2-3 years proven work experience in a similar construction industry in the Gulf region. Excellent level of knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, 3D Max, 3D Home and Photoshop. Relevant experience in the design, specification of buildings.
BIM MODELLER – MECHANICAL
Degree / Diploma holder Mechanical Engineer with experience in high- rise building / tower / hotel projects. Should have 2-3 years proven work experience in a similar MEP / construction industry in the Gulf region. Excellent level of knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD – all versions, MicroStation, 3D Max, 3D Home and Photoshop. Relevant experience in the design, specification of buildings.
DRAUGHTSMAN – ELECTRICAL
Candidate with ITI certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 4-6 years relevant experience in the Gulf region with the ability to independently prepare electrical AutoCAD / REVIT drawings and BIM, load schedule, schematic drawings, fire alarm, ELV systems, etc. for multi- storey residential / hotel / commercial buildings. Candidate must be familiar with DEWA regulations and commercial and residential towers.
